Very poor customer service. My agent set up things wrong and on top of that it has been 3 weeks and no returned phone calls or emails. Highly recommended getting insurance elsewhere unless you want to deal with a huge mess.
I don’t even know how they stay in business!! These idiots never call you back, are always on their lunch breaks (I’m talking to you Diana), and no matter how many times you call and speak to their lousy receptionist Kiara you won’t get a call back. Ever. Waste of time!!
