Had a tail light out, I had changed the light. Still wasn’t working took it in to towne. Quoted me $2000+ to buy a fully new wiring harness and replace it all. Went to another ford dealership(for another opinion) less than a month later, they fixed it in 15 minutes and didn’t even charge me(minor wire prob). Also have had oil changes here take multiple hours of waiting.
My mother in laws Ford ecosport motor was not working right from June till December before they got it in the garage.

They sold my daughter junk and rather then give her back her money they did nothing but gaslight the whole situation. Ken tells me for almost 6 months that they are working on it .. Justin tells me that white smoke coming out of the tail pipe is normal .. scammers.
Had my wife's car for almost 8 weeks only to be told they've spent 1500$ worth of time on it only to unplug something to fix the problem. 1500$ to UNPLUG SOMETHING. so the symptom is fixed (dead battery) but the problem isn't fixed (broken part) and it costs us 1500$? Service here is an absolute rip off. Won't answer our calls anymore. Pretty much swept us under the rug and didn't look at the car for over a month. Scam scam SCAM
