DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! Two weeks ago my boyfriend dropped off his van here that has a warranty. They have not even filed the warranty claim yet!! Absolutely ridiculous!
I hope that Management is seriously looking into improving the quality of their Service Department. I have purchased many trucks and recommend to numerous friends that have also purchased their vehicles through Towne Ford. Up until now I have always said that I can secure a vehicle anywhere it’s the service that makes me loyal to that dealership. Sadly Towne can no longer deliver the service for me to remain a loyal customer.
Liked the convenience of not missing any work or personal time to get appt. done.
