Towne Ford was amazing. Usually when you think of going to a dealership to buy a car, it’s a long drawn out process. Madeline and Kevin were so efficient and truly made the whole process quick and easy.
The online appointment system would not allow me to select the shop vs quicklane. This caused a rescheduling and then a delay as it happened a second time when the service advisor made the appointment. Was frustrating to say the least.
Waited almost two hours for an oil change.
