I was Frankie‘s car wash last week, got my car washed and added a tire shine for an extra five dollars. When my car was done on, , I told them that I paid extra for tire shine when they ask their boss, then this guy came up to me in my face and told me I didn’t pay for it. He wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. I said I wasn’t gonna come here anymore. He said I don’t care, screaming in my face. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Today 1st time I did my car wash from here. I love free vacuuming and the free wet towels they offer also they gave me a free car freshener. They have very nice staff. I took membership I always want to come here for my car
