the lady at the front desk was so beyond rude it was baffling. basically looked and spoke to me like i was dumb and had absolutely no empathy for my dog i brought in. in the door and back out in one minute and i immediately called a different vet. don’t even waste your time going here…
Great vet. Our vet closed so we started taking our animals here. The front desk staff is always friendly and treat our animals very kindly. The vets are always great with us and our animals. I would not trust anyone else with my animals after after the kind and amazing treatment we have received here.
Took my 1 yr old cat to be seen, he had been limping with his back paw all morning and his paw seemed a little swollen. I was hoping to have him looked at and possibly xrays. He was fine in the room with us but as soon as he was taken away I could hear him crying and meowing in the back very much in discomfort. 5 mins later they come in asking if he's aggressive (he is far from) and they claimed they were having a hard time looking at his injury after they took his temp...I mean if I had something shoved up somewhere unexpec... read more
This place botched my mother’s dog surgery and is now on a special diet. She went to get more and they denied her until she made an appointment for the dog to be see . First of all you guys messed her stomach up and second denying her the food she needs is animal cruelty. Sickening.
We have a 6 year old cat that lost weight due to not eating and was eating her hair. We have not been to a vet so we got some recommendations. I made an appointment that was unfortunately 2 weeks a way but was told to call each morning to see if there were cancelations. We were there on Friday. The vet was AWESOME with our kitty. He put her on some meds to get rid of hairballs and fleas and made a very good kiitypal!
