Would give it 0 star if it were an option. The worst. Has really gone down hill in quality, care, and service. After many many years, we have moved to another vet. Too many awful stories to share all of them. Within the last 2 months, 2 dogs were misdiagnosed, not given anything to help pets in distress. Both were admitted to another animal hospital a day after poor care at T&C due to emergency need for care; both I diagnosed with serious issues. RecommendedAs far as veterinary care our experience has been good, but as far as organization and friendly staff that take the time when dropping off your pet , I say is very poor. The last two times I dropped off my dog no history questions were asked. I was handed paperwork and they went back inside and came back out for the dog. I tried to talk to the girl about my dogs meds and needing vaccinations while she was there but she seemed in a hurry and didn’t care. We started taking our first Golden puppy to Drs Anne and Mike Carey when they first opened their original clinic on Park Ave some 39 years ago. When I think of how many animals we have had through the years it’s a little mind boggling😂😂😂

I have been associated with T&C vets for over 30 years. Every visit has been handled with the utmost care. The whole staff is friendly and caring. The exam rooms are clean and made ready for the next critter. Needless to say several of my babies had to go there for their last visit. I was always comforted and given as much time as I needed.
We have a small zoo of exotic pets including rabbits and reptiles and they treat every single one of them very well! They are very knowledgeable about every odd animal we have. They always make sure we understand everything and answer all our questions before we leave. They are also very sympathetic and caring to each of our animals. I just found out they can board them as well, which is amazing and affordable! We are so lucky to have them in our area!
