In my 69 years on this earth I have never revealed my displeasure with any company,Towne & Country is a whole different case ,I needed a part for my boiler in December ,I have gotten absolute horrible customer service from them,no returned calls or texts the owner john called me 3 weeks ago and said he would be out the next day to personally check it out himself ,I'm still waiting I am a senior citizen who needs heat like anyone else I feel they are ignoring me because a senior won't stick up for himseto save yourself time a... read more
John and Jay are such professional. They came in and assess my heating situation and came back the very next day to repair my heating system. I'm so happy with their service. They have me as a lifetime customer. Thank you gentlemen for a great job!
