We had a WONDERFUL experience at Towne and Country in Hartland. We used Hartland Animal Hospital forever until they went out of business. Our cat was 16 years old and indoor so hadn't needed a vet since Hartland Animal closed. She stopped eating and had lost a lot of weight when we decided it was time to let her go. I called Ore Creek and they said they wouldn't do it since she wasn't a patient. Towne and Country said they would. Very unprofessional management and incompetent providers. My husband questioned billing for the multiple visits where our dog was misdiagnosed (said a malignant growth was benign until it was too late to remove without having to amputate the dogs leg) or under treated requiring additional visits. The manager was rude to him about it. I had no idea that even happened and tried to call to make an appointment for our dog.
