Town & County vet staff has no idea how to keep records. Today you owe a bill and then they change it. They turn you over to a collection agency and never tell the collection agency that they were paid and then the collection agency just keep calling. You keep telling them you do not owe the amount they say you do and then they get nasty. Then the collection agency has one amount and the vet bills you for another amount. They are so out of it. the staff has no idea what to do for the animals that come in. Most of the staff is in training. Town & County is a waste of money. They give meds. and the pets die. Then they are very nasty. They we will try another med. Do they not know what meds to use to cure a animal. The young adults have no idea what is wrong with your pet. I went there several times and saw the staff go down hill, The real vets are no longer there and the owner and his wife have no idea what going on in the place. I just felt the need to thank the staff of Town & Country for being there for us on literally one of the worse days of my life. What I saw that day, and the outcome you provided seem miraculous to me. The Kitten had a ruptured eardrum, and was miserable. Barely six weeks old, and had not been weaned yet. He needed immediate attention, and I was no where near my regular vet. I called and you let me come right over. Town & Country are HORRIBLE GROOMERS!!! They do not know how to groom a Cocker Spaniel at all! For years we have regularly taken our dog here not only for the Vet but grooming as well. Every single time we received our beautiful Blue Cocker Spaniel back he was butchered! My husband insisted we hang in there with them. I continued to speak to them and request a Cocker cut... each time it was worse... always a new groomer! INCOMPETENT VETS – Towne & Country mis-diagnosed my pug as having an ear infection for TWO MONTHS! I just had to put my 8 yr old Pug down! If he would have been treated for what he really had, maybe he would be with me here today!! Dr. David & Dr. Katie are incompetent and clueless vets and neglected my dog’s health!
