Close to campus, nice enough Both my husband and some friends have lived here in the past. This is truly another accommodating place to live. They will work with you on your rental needs. The apartments have plenty of room, whether it be for one person or four. The manager is easy to get along with and is very helpful in getting help when needed. This is right across from Landon Hall, so very close to SBU campus. Within 1 minute walking distance. PROS: no frills, but lots of space in duplexes CONS: none
