My husband absolutely loves it here. Everyone is friendly and caring.
I love this facility. It's nested in Avon Lake. The staff is caring. They care about my well-being. Safety first. I've come a long ways since I've first started. It has all the equipment to get me better. I had a total knee replacement. The physical therapists are awesome. I'm so glad i'm going through my journey here too wellness.
I only left a one star because you can’t leave zero. This facility has rude staff. They leave residents soaking in bed in their urine / feces for hours on end. They skip residents meals. The are neglectful and should not be allowed or trusted to look after your loved ones!
This place sucks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Place looks nice. Some staff are excellent others suck. Director of nursing never answers the phone and never returns a call. Equipment in rooms always broken, not by the resident either. Nursing can't seem to follow doctors orders.
