If a zero star was an option that would be more appropriate only because of an employee that works here her name is Miranda Leynard she harrases people and threats other peoples children very displeased im worried how she treats the elderly also threats people on all social media was going to bring my beloved grandfather there but after seeing how she treats people we will take our business elsewhere sorry that you have someone like that working g for you but ill have to let other people know about this
My husband absolutely loves it here. Everyone is friendly and caring.
I love this facility. It's nested in Avon Lake. The staff is caring. They care about my well-being. Safety first. I've come a long ways since I've first started. It has all the equipment to get me better. I had a total knee replacement. The physical therapists are awesome. I'm so glad i'm going through my journey here too wellness.
I only left a one star because you can’t leave zero. This facility has rude staff. They leave residents soaking in bed in their urine / feces for hours on end. They skip residents meals. The are neglectful and should not be allowed or trusted to look after your loved ones!
This place sucks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
