The apartments were well managed. Not really any problems. Maintenance was done as required. Exactly what you'd want as far as apartments go.
I was a resident at this complex for 2 years. I absolutely loved living here, the only reason I moved is because I relocated to another city. The rent is extremely reasonable for the nice apartment you get. Mrs. Joyce is wonderful. Always so friendly and she goes above and beyond for her tenants and takes great care of the apartments. I rarely had any issues regarding maintenance but when I did, she made sure it was taken care if right away. This is how a normal swimming pool should be running. However in the last 4 years of us living here nothing was done about it. It was always an excuse to it not working. When you need something fixed please be prepared to wait awhile. The landlord is nice however things get done only half completed. And as tenants we shouldn’t have to worry about things not working properly after it being reported to management and through their portal. So overall living there was good but ever since post covid stuff the landlord didn’t want to fix anything it took us 2 years of broken AC to actually get it fixed.. there is no maintenance staff just the landlords friends.. landlord is a very nice lady but just this being my 2nd go around with her her performance is lacking mightily.. also this places advertised for a pool to function in summer time and every year it’s another excuse why they won’t fix we rented from 2020-feb 2024 never 1 time was the pool operating
Loved living here Joyce is a very good manager we loved her
