I lived at Towne Center for 9 years and always felt well taken care of. The apartments are comfortable, quiet, and come with decent appliances. Very reasonably priced. Reliable A/C, never had any problems during hot summers or cold winters. The property manager was kind and understanding whenever I had issues with my unit that needed addressed. I was a resident at this complex for 2 years. I absolutely loved living here, the only reason I moved is because I relocated to another city. The rent is extremely reasonable for the nice apartment you get. Mrs. Joyce is wonderful. Always so friendly and she goes above and beyond for her tenants and takes great care of the apartments. I rarely had any issues regarding maintenance but when I did, she made sure it was taken care if right away. This is how a normal swimming pool should be running. However in the last 4 years of us living here nothing was done about it. It was always an excuse to it not working. When you need something fixed please be prepared to wait awhile. The landlord is nice however things get done only half completed. And as tenants we shouldn’t have to worry about things not working properly after it being reported to management and through their portal.
