I had a great experience with Towne Auto Body on a paint repair. They matched the paint to factory spec and the finished product came out looking like new. The repair was completed in good time and Frank and Brandon kept me updated as we went. I highly recommend this shop.
Great customer service.
My bosses vehicle was taken to this auto body for repairs. Without knowing it sat on their lot for 4 weeks not being repaired. I didn't realize this because no one bothered to call us. Apparently, they did have enough workers to work on the car. We ended up having to take the car to another body shop to work on the car. So unprofessional that no one bothered to call me or my boss.
