About 3 years ago I left a big box pharmacy due to inconvenient hours, unannouced closures and drug shortages delaying refills. I switched to Towncrest Pharmacy in Iowa City and couldn't be more pleased. All of the pharmacists and staff there are detail oriented, patient, professional, knowledgeable and are focused on good customer experiences.
