About 3 years ago I left a big box pharmacy due to inconvenient hours, unannouced closures and drug shortages delaying refills. I switched to Towncrest Pharmacy in Iowa City and couldn't be more pleased. All of the pharmacists and staff there are detail oriented, patient, professional, knowledgeable and are focused on good customer experiences. Great staff and great service
The first time I visited to pick up my Rx, I immediately wanted to have another reason to go back and pick up another Rx! EVERYONE was so deeply kind and present to me that I almost started crying. Plus, knowing that the employees are working regular hours, not around the clock, is a real comfort—and absolutely worth the relatively small inconvenience to me.
