Bad bad choice...if you have family is bad bad place.. I had a bad experience with the cleaning lady and her son... they ruined my chance of having a family.

Living here isn’t too bad Banessa is very helpful and so is the maintenance crew. The main problem I have is that they only give you 1 parking permit per household. Which means everyone else needs to park on the street, but if you do park on the street you’ll get harassed by the neighborhood Karen in a Red Jeep who runs up and down the road until 2am, takes pictures of your license plates, and then files a report to the police to ticket and tow your car because she has nothing better to do with her life.
Be careful about moving in here, their contract is onesided, they change the parking guidelines about 5 times this year, theyll tell you you can park on the side of the street then they call the city on its own residents. When I first moved here it was 3 permit per household, then switched to 1 per household annd you can buy the other one for $25 a month, fine I pay it, I still needed one more, when I said that was the reason I won’t renewed my contract they said they’ll give me a temporary which it’ll be $40 a month, so jus... read more
