Fake people, they just befool people from our countries and try to sell them LMIA. I had a person named Shahrukh khan who is working here. They hired him when he was not even RCIC licensed and he literally charged us (me, my wife and our daughter) 4500$ for just applying study permit, SOWP and Visitor permit. Never ever fall for people like them.
