Everything about turnover is true. No matter how clean you make the place they will lie and say things are not clean. If you plan on renting here, take whatever you rent is and add $100/month because there is no chance you get your deposit back. Otherwise it’s okay. The reviews about the move-out turnovers are absolutely true. I had my apartment professionally cleaned and even submitted invoices, yet they are still trying to charge me additional cleaning fees because they claim the invoices were not submitted “on time.” It honestly feels like a money-hungry company looking for any reason to charge residents extra.
