The people who manage this building use deceptive and misleading business practices in order to take your money. They will justify it by saying it was in the fine print. The building is in good condition. The apartments are usually in great condition. It's a good value with the "concessions" when you consider how nice the apartments, building, and amenities are. We were also offered to continue almost our full concession amount into the second year. They occasionally have resident gatherings, which are nice and typically include drinks and food and are a great way to meet neighbors. I strongly advise against renting here. The staff are dishonest and operate in bad faith. I experienced deceptive practices that felt like outright scamming — whether it was hidden fees, unclear communication, or shady charges at move-out. Management is unresponsive when you try to get clarity or resolve issues. They are threatening to take me to collections for a tiny stain on the carpet. I had a terrible experience with the management of this apartment complex. Despite always paying my rent and bills on time, they are now attempting to send me to collections without any valid reason. I have done nothing wrong, yet they are trying to take my money unjustly. This has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences of my life.
