I lived here for 5 years. Great building, good staff, fantastic maintenance staff. Quiet. Good location.
Terrible management and staffs. Stay away from this shady and awful business.
I’ve shared the same experience with all of the other people reporting unethical and illegal practices as far as your security deposit is concerned. Please pursue them in small claims court!
Don't rent here unless you want your stuff stolen.
Move elsewhere unless you're absolutely desperate I recommend in the area The Broadway Apartments and McArthur Commons. Also remember the number one rule of distaful businesses and reviews is when they love to get defensive on reviewea. Peep game. But anyway the units are nice. Gym subpar but clean and gets the job done, they have a bottled water fountain which was lovely no AC tho so spring summer workouts are almost debilitating.
