After 2 visits, we decided not to go there again. Staff are rude, they have the worst receptionist and some of the doctors don’t respect your decisions and opinions! Glad I found a new pediatrics that really care about my kids and decisions!
They are great! We love Dr. Trask but every provider we have seen here has been great. They explain everything to us and answer all our questions as first time parents. They are always able to get our daughter in when we need it. They are great! Edit: I love that they are strict about it vaccines and will not see patients whose parents refuse!
After coming to this practice for over a decade, I called to make an appt for my kiddo to find out she has been discharged from the practice. Apparently letters were sent (she hasn't been seen in the last couple years) and since we didn't respond to them within 30 days she was kicked out and to re-establish would be an appointment 3 months from now. Great staff and the doctors are always available to answer questions. Getting an appointment is easy and they have separate waiting rooms for sick ones and healthy ones! The 1 star reviews seems a little biased here :(
I would never go there. You ask questions and they shame you. You want to space out your child’s vaccinations, then they get offensive. So, if you have questions about a vaccination the answer is they care more about vaccines then how comfortable you are. Staff is rude and we are so happy we left!
