I get delivery every month and they refuse to deliver my med at my entrance door and they keep knocking my neighbors door , they send a message that reads will deliver your medicine at 8 pm but the come at 11 or 11-30 am and if you are not home they live the medicine outside , this are aye drops if they get contaminated or temperature abuse you could end up ivery ill or worse ,but it doesn’t matter how many times I called them and ask them to please correct their mistakes they don’t care about it They don’t care for a patien... read more

I love the medicine but i have had the worst customer service. The delivery person had an attitude like she didnt want to do her job. And today 11/19/25 i just got a call for a delivery, again big attitude, like talking to me like I was an idiot. Your company needs to totally amo up your customer service because it is totally unsatisfactory.
I have very specific requirements for my medications and Town Total always gets it done. They compound a lot of my medications and make it very easy for me, even though my scripts can be complicated, even for a compounding pharmacy. Everyone there-from the employees who answer phones to the pharmacists- are able to answer all my questions and/or guide me in the right direction. They are knowledgeable and kind.
