Brought a truck that a buddy had given me to Town Tire last month, February 2020. They checked out the areas of concern and told me that nothing needed to be done at this time. Diagnosis cost me a whopping $0. I know where I'm going from now on.....Gerald G., St. Lawrence Ave.

Simply the Best I took my car into Joe with a brake problem. He didn't charge for diagnostics--most places I've been to charge $100 just to look at a car. His prices were more than reasonable and his professionalism outstanding. I had my car back and running in no time.

an honest mechanic Found this shop on this website after being frustrated with so many sleezy mechanics out there. After giving him look at my car, he found what needed to be done quickly and did not tack on the extra BS that most other mechanics tried to. I had two estimates done at approx $600, mostly on things i KNOW i did not need done. Joe hooked it up with an honest $175 for what actually needed to be done on the car. Fantastic, HONEST Mechanics! I'd always used the dealer to work on my cars, and didn't find them to be reputable, to say in the least. I took my car to Town for new tires, inspection and I figured it was time for a tune up. Instead of doing the tune up, he (Joe?) told me it wasn't time yet and I just needed an air filter. He could have easily sold me on the tune up but didn't and i'll be using him from now on for my auto work. Thank you!!!!!!

Joe is the most honest and helpful mechanic in buffalo! i have been taking my car to joe since i was 18, he was recommended by a family member, and i have been in binds a few times as far as needing to get things that i knew i couldnt afford fixed....joe has taken the time to sit down with me and talk about how much money i had to work with and then went from there... very honest...when my first car was at the end of its road and i had taken it in to get something fixed, he told me that it was nt worth putting the money into... read more

Great service I have taken 2 cars here for repair. I had no idea what was wrong with the 1st one. The owner was great. He calmed me down and took my car in.. figured it out right away- I could not believe the price.. Honest! I was totally impressed. I did not even have an appointment. The second time I made an appointment- and got the same service. Truly a great place to get your car fixed up.

Exceptional Customer Service I never had a chance to thank the owner Joe for all his great service on my beat up Monte Carlo while I lived in Buffalo but I will always remember Joe as the good honest mechanic. Never felt like I over paid and never had to come back to fix a problem they dealt with. Highly recommended.

great for NY inspection I had my state safty inspection done here every year. they are always busy, so I always book the early morning time to have job done. The owner works at service desk. He is very friendly. Their service members do great service fast. I never have problems with their work. the prices are less than other big stores.
