"The woman I spoke to over the phone was unprofessionally arrogant and condescending when I called to speak with Frank regarding a business matter. While I value quality repair work, customer service is equally important—and unfortunately, this was a poor first impression. It's disappointing that the initial point of contact was so dismissive. I will be moving forward with my fleet needs elsewhere."
