The customer service is a joke.Try and get a person if you're in a spot or an emergency to get your money. You're ass will be on hold. Not everyone does or can do online banking. Even if you go to the bank and up your limit on a card or transfer you may get an ok and then find out it was never done. And the go to answer is were sorry. Again my butt, wished i had a job where sorry mad things right. First chance i get im gone. Sorry.
