I've used the works wash three times now. Does not get bugs off of a car. And if you have a car where the back is flat it will not clean the back of your car at all. It did not get bugs off my car it did not clean the back of my car and the sides still have mud despite paying $20. It was not terribly dirty when I went in. It's was quick. And it shows. Each time I use this car wash it is more disappointing. I will not return
