I wish I could give ZERO STARS to TOWN POINTE CONDOS in Park City UT. I have never posted a negative review. We booked a 3 night stay in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with a hot tub for 934$ Unit 104c. We arrived at 9pm to discover that the hot tub was dry, the unit smelled like old rancid chinese food and the balcony grill was not connected to the propane. Great condo, close to main street!!!A102 Updated Bathrooms and furniture. Hot tub on the patio is awesome!
Had reservation for 5 nights at condo 304C 3/3 Horrible experience. First night the air wasn’t cooling the bedrooms which ended in a hot sleepless night for all. Call Park City Lodging to complain. Problem couldn’t be fixed they put a portable air in one room. Next day after returning for hot showers to find only one person at a time could use a shower because there was no pressure in the hot water ran out once again we called Park city lodging to complain.
