Last year I scheduled my annual with my normal Dr and the day of a different Dr walked into the room due to a scheduling error with absolutely no notice. This was extremely triggering to me, as I have a history of SA. I decided to give them another chance this year. My DR was about an hour late to my appt then informed me they no longer do labs on site for my normal annual screening. I'm now half way across town waiting on another queue at a large lab. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Honestly the worst experience ive ever had with a doctor in my entire life. The nurse was rude and very mean to me and the doctor was extremely impatient with me and so i got a nexplanon before my arm was numb because this woman refused to wait another minute for my arm to be numb. Never and i mean NEVER come here under any circumstance, you will either leave in tears, in pain or both.
Dr. Baldassaro is amazing
Terrible service, I came to my appointment on time and the lady at the front desk told me I had to reschedule to fill out paperwork. She didn’t even try to help me in any way. It took me 30 mins to drive to the appointment only to be turned around. However it’s ok for a doc office to make you wait when they are running behind. Just trash, I’m not rescheduling with them. Just trash
