Excellent facilities with lots of brand new equipment. Membership is fair and doesn't feel predatory like many gyms

This place is a mess. The locker rooms are getting destroyed by "day passers", bathroom smells like a bus terminal, the staff is a joke. The people there take up space. The staff is full of useless political patronage minions. The new "renovations" are nothing but cheap plastic equipment that was breaking after 2 days. This place is terrible!

As of 4/10/2026, new equipment. They went from precore to hoist which is a big downgrade in my opinion. Precore is a top of the line equipment where hoist is an all in one home gym type machine. It has hard plastic grips instead of silicone / rubber which ive heard seniors complain it is too rough on theirbhands. Equipment is difficult to change weights. Surprisingly good equipment I wouldnt expect. Rogue, Jacob's ladder, really top quality stuff. Fair price for membership, sauna, steam room. Monday hours are odd but other than that it's pretty good

First time family of 4 went it was a much lower price then when we went back. When I asked about it the girl at the desk told me I never paid a cheaper price ( that didnt happened) is what she said as I'm looking at bank app showing me I was right. After we paid the higher amount she told me we only had an hr to swim. I never would've paid that much for less then an hr
