I'm planning a trip to my dad's birthplace, Tarboro this October. I'm researching my Abrams side of the family and will certainly be going to Abrams BBQ as well as the Abrams family cemetery. I'm hoping to meet some family members. My great grandfather is Elisha Abrams. My grandmother is Martha Abrams Harris. And my dad is Edward Woodrow Harris. Are any of you familiar with those names? They are from many many years ago.
I am only living here 6 months, but i like it here. I do not know anyone in this town, but the people are very friendly
