Beautiful town. Love the shops along the boardwalk. And definitely stop at donuts on a stick and love duck!
Rules for thee not for me is the theme. The town council is a group who cherry picks what goes and what dies. If you don’t have connections forget about building anything new. The talk among the town was the old resort reality had plans to become a beer-garden with a great outdoor space…and yet it still stands empty, getting overgrown taking away from the scenery.
