Colonie EMS needs to better when they are hiring EMS responders. The lack of professionalism and basic human decency from one of the EMS workers was disgusting. She was a truly horrible human being and we will be reporting her to the office of professional conduct.
Excellent. I fell, and was unable to get to my feet. They arrived promptly and assisted me. They were a calming presence, and very professional.
