Good room for the price. Includes a private washer and dryer as well as a mini kitchen area with a stove. TV is also included. Shower and bathroom seemed clean. The floors were a bit dirty and needed a vacuuming, and there was a mildly unpleasant smell as well as a few flies (good thing there’s fly swatters!). The sheets and comforter also felt damp, as if they weren’t dried properly, but it’s a good sign they were washed. The guy I had spoke with was polite and caring. As I am sure I either woke him or kept him up answering my call after midnight to see if I could get a room! All rooms in Sioux Falls were well over what I wanted to spend, this guy put my cousin and I up. When showing up yes it did take us a few to find the motel as it is further back off the road l! I have video footage of their shuttle van coming to my home and the owner of this hotel came into my home took an expensive item from my home and left. All this without permission. I contact him and sent him the footage and he did bring the item back. Be careful with this guy your address are not safe with him.
This is a nice young couple owns this motel and is fixing it. I loved that I had s kitchenette, wifi, TV in town and quiet. Reasonably priced.
We stayed here for maybe 30 mins to figure out what we were going to do after driving for almost 10 hrs. I did not take pics of the dirty sheets, the pics on website look much better, but when you travel for 13 days you rely on reviews. I did not ask for money back as we just wanted out. I feel bad about leaving this as I am not confrontational. We booked for Aug 27-Aug 28th 2022.
