I didn't find what I was looking for in the store however the staff was amazing and really tried to help me out. I would have bought from them if they had the product that matched

I highly recommend using Town and Country Carpet One as both the service and and quality of the product top-notch. We love, love our wide plank white oak flooring and our beautiful Turkish rug--I often say how it is my favourite piece of furniture!

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I paid for a floor Set 28th. I was told I would wait 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks for the floor. Unless I wanted to pay my own shipping fee of $150. I opted to wait. By week 3 I called and asked what the status was- no one had a clue of timeline. I went in myself the next week- week 4 of waiting for the floor. I asked about the status of shipping. The ? As much as I want to support local businesses, I cannot recommend Town 'n Country Carpet One Floor & Home. If you're looking for a genuine 1980s shopping experience, you might find it here. All billing are done on pads of paper, handwritten with minimal information. When I went to order blinds, the only person who could assist was on vacation.
