If 0 is possible, I would give 0. They installed the furnace in 2011, it has 20 years warranty. Another company said the install was not right caused it to break down. When we called Aroundtown, they said they didn’t do this, they have been only a plumbing company for 20 years. They don’t do heating. But heating is in their name. She hanged up on my call, refuse to talk. Very rude! Attached is the sticker they put on 2011. Basically not a trustworthy business.
Easily the worst group of plumbers ever. Ryan Homes used them to install my plumbing. My house is a brand new build 27 months old, and I have water leaking through my ceiling from their poorly installed plumbing. What’s worse is that Ryan homes only covers plumbing for 24 mos, leaving me to deal with a massive problem because of their shoddy work that doesn’t even last 27 mos. Never use these guys.
Would not give me a phone quote for a simple snaking out a clog in a drain
