Angelina made our very first English traditional afternoon tea experience a truly special and memorable one. Not only was Angelina attentive and provided impeccable service, she was knowledgeable about the history behind the traditions, the foods and the English experience. Angelina made this a special highlight of our holiday in London and we are forever grateful! Wish we could give her more than 5 stars!
We had a lovely experience at the hotel restaurant! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Vlada, who was absolutely lovely, friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. She is a real credit to the team! Thank you for such a pleasant experience. We had a wonderful experience at Town House Restaurant at Kensington Hotel, and a special mention must go to our waiter, Nico. Nico was absolutely fantastic — warm, friendly, attentive and very professional. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and took the time to make sure that everything was perfect throughout our visit. Thank you, Nico, for making our visit so enjoyable!
An excellent intimate high tea setting. The food was in abundance but the desserts were a bit too sweet for me and we had to get a take away bag. Sandwiches were perfect. Service from Fernanda was exquisite. Total cost pp without alcohol was �70. A cheaper option that other places. We didn’t need to get dressed up just went in smart casual dress. Sneakers and shirts. Easy walk from the South Kensington tube stop.
