Great place to live ! Outside area is beautiful all seasons!
I live there, and very happy with it. It should be called the Town House Condominiums, because they are condominiums and not rental units. It is a unique mid-century modern building in Springfield Illinois with a 1950s Miami Beach flair in the public spaces. Many of the condominiums have balconies; they all have many large windows permitting a lot of light. Purchase prices are un characteristically low, but the monthly HOA is fairly high. We love this place. Bought a 1 bedroom unit with balcony in December 2020 and consider this our getaway from our home in Kansas. Wonderful staff and friendly neighbors. Very active Board and the private garden is delightful. We are always in awe of the lobby.
