Very disappointing experience. The bathrooms in the middle of the mall are no longer open due an extreme homeless problem (I was told). Had to walk all the way down to the other end to use the bathrooms and 2 stalls had no doors and 2 others had no locks on the doors. Very sad. Not a place to go and hang out and enjoy.

the blonde lady that does the train rides is either on drugs or doesn't know how to drive. There was a man standing at the corner of a store and I saw him there the whole time she was driving. You could see him from a hundred feet away. But she drove right up to him and slammed the brakes right behind him. The car's got disconnected and my child and husband bounced around inside the train cart. She did not apologize and just asked the people in the first cart if they were okay.
