I started working with Lauren and was barely able to get into the building. The pain I had was terrible. I have spinal stenosis and every nerve was pinched … ‘wrestled with and beat to the ground’ when I first started physio … with Lauren . Today, I walked in on my steam ( walking stick only) and pain is essentially well managed! Yup !!! Lauren and her expertise in this field is top notch!!! No longer wrestling with pain but managing it and winning !
