Eddie completely wrecked my car while providing a routine service. He tried to blame it on my car by saying the “brakes failed AFTER he serviced the car” which just shows the mechanic’s error and not a random brake failure like he so claimed? I understand mistakes will happen, and while this is annoying and possibly the worst Christmas gift ever. This is the best auto shop! I will only bring my car here. Eddie is very professional and explains everything very well. Prices are reasonable and fair.
Town Garage provides excellent customer service and great communication. In fact so good that your mechanic probably takes their own car here for service.
