This florist never delivered my order to my sister for her 77th birthday, I called numerous times and they never responded. I have used them in the past and was satisfied. Not sure if I will ever use them again. Very disappointing!!
Alison was incredible as our wedding florist! She listened to everything we wanted and brought our vision to life beautifully. She was extremely easy to work with, offering great suggestions while making sure every detail was perfect. The the bouquet was beautiful, the bulk stems were ordered were very fresh, they exceeded our expectations. Alison’s creativity and professionalism truly added a special touch to our day. We couldn’t be happier with her work!”
Not sure what has gone wrong with this facility. On Wednesday I ordered a flower arrangement and a box of chocolates , to be sent to my sister at the Care Partners in Biltmore. The order totaled $90.00. However when the order arrived there were NO chocolates. After calling 6 times I was told they would check on it and call me back. Have never heard a word from them since.
