The woman working in the office was especially rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. Instead of providing a simple update after hours of waiting, she spoke to the driver in an unacceptable way. Drivers deserve clear communication and basic respect.

I had a very bad and unacceptable experience at this Town Fair Tire location in Connecticut. My delivery appointment was scheduled for June 24, 2026 at 7:00 AM. I checked in early at 6:30 AM and I was the first driver to check in. A woman working there told me to drop my trailer at the dock and wait on the street, saying they would call me when the unloading was finished. appointment at 7 am checked in at 6:20 am and it is 12 pm i am still here, this place do not care for drivers they take their time be ready to wait here for several hours will not coming back here again. Zero stars for this facility.
Check in at 6:30 go inside door 2 make a line for check in! Don’t come inside with your truck! Park outside blocking none! If you come inside with your truck you will be kicked out! Use vest !! 3-5 hours unloading time eta.
