Had A couple of slow leaks in my son's car and Adrian was a pleasure to work with today. One of the tires had to be replaced because of a bubble and he explained all the options and gave me a very good tire at a very good price. He was very professional and informative. After a summer of hard driving on mountain roads my campervan tires were in dangerous shape; i was way overdue. I am just traveling through Falmouth when i decided it was unsafe to drive further. I called first thing Monday morning and Clive explained my options and was able to work me into the schedule today! Huge relief. He was very friendly and i am grateful for the fast service so i can continue my travels tomorrow
I was extremely pleased with the ability to order the exact tires I wanted (Michelin cross climates for a 2023 Camry), schedule an appointment of my own choosing, and get professional service and a huge improvement in ride quality and safety. I highly recommend choosing your own tires through the Town Fair website and scheduling installation and alignment. Perfect tire buying experience!
This was probably silly, but I drove an hour out of my way to come to this Falmouth location because it has a near 5-Star rating. Had a Monday 10:30am appointment for 4 tires mount, balance, TPMS sensor whatever, and alignment. Got here a little early, checked in. Status board showed an hour and a half-ish wait, so I walked around, came back to see 6 minutes until it would be done. Great!
