Town Fair Tire, Rutland Vermont. Excellent service. I was there a few minutes early for my winter tire appointment for tire change over. They immediately took my car in to their work area. A video monitor indicated the expected time for my car to be completed. Work involved tire removal, mount my snow tires , balance and replace on car. They also performed a wheel alignment. Work was done on time and the car functions perfectly. Les M
Walked into a very busy Rutland Town Fair Tire. I waited a few minutes and was called to the front desk to speak with Brandon Muir, Manager. I inquired about my need for snow tires. Brandon checked out my car and wheels and made a few suggestions regarding tires. I made a selection and 2 1/2 hours later, as promised, I had new snow tires on my car. I was there on June 2 to get my tire fixed,and I was a walk, in at the counter was a gentleman named Paul he was so helpful and didn't try to sell my something I didn't need, I asked for a price on tires and I ended up getting two new tires prices were great. I will recommend this place to all my friends. There were a lot of associates there and they were all very nice. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I was told today that Town Fair Tire requires me to leave my car off for an entire business day to have a tire rotation done. For me, that means two 1 hour round trips with 2 cars in order for me to drop off/pick up my car and get a ride home. So, basically Town Fair's "Free" lifetime tire rotation service is pretty much worthless. Hey Town Fair Tire, how about making an exception to your policy of needing the vehicle for "one entire business day" for a 15 min tire rotation job??

went in this morning as a walk in to get snow tires swapped from last year's purchase. they were quite busy with the snow storm so I dropped the van off and they were able to get it done in plenty of time for me to grab it after work. thanks Brandon!
