I went to the Watertown location to have a flat fixed. Ethan (GM) recommended alignment and 4 tire balance. He then called and told me the tire had to be replaced, I used the TownFairTire price beater on line tool, received a confirmed price 24 hrs later, and ordered the tires. I went to have the tires installed and Ethan (GM) refused to honor the confirmed order price offerred by admin@townfaire.com. I asked for a refund on the alignment and balance that was never done. He refused that too. TOTALLY dishonest. NEVER go here... read more
