I had a poor experience today. I scheduled an appointment to have TownFair take a look at my flat tire on the front driver side. The tech told me he was not able to take the tire off because the lug nuts were non-factory and the wheel lock was missing. My partner and I later realized that the last time the tires were worked on was when we purchased and had tires installed at Town Fair last year.
