Fast and friendly I love this place! The service guys are easy to work with and the shop kept my car clean!
This store sucks. Waited 2.5 hours for snow change over and 3/4 of that time it sat in parking lot done, which they did not tell me. That night when I went to work found one tire completely with no air and off rim.

This is the only review ive ever written but because I was so disappointed in townfair I felt i needed to write this while I sit in there waiting room. I came in on friday made an appointment for a tire change, alignment and , balance for the following morning. That night wile at home i got a texts from them saying they where working on my truck and then 20 minutes later got a texts saying thank you for your business. Today OK n 8/16/2017 I decided to bring my tire that had a bead leak to get re-beaded and they said they will call me when finished. 2 hours later i send my wife to go pick it up and they said " it has a slice on the side of the tire. They marked the slice with Chalk and in the square Chalk is a pin hole and now the tire spews out air. All 3 of my other tires are fine so I know its them who did it. Disappointed with the service. I spent most of my day waiting for 4 new tires and wheel alignment, only to have to return because the technician broke one of my valve stems. Had to wait for 3 hours on my return trip. Don't use them unless you have lots of free time on your hands.
I had 4 tires put on my car, had no clue what was a good brand or how many mile tires I needed or anything about tiresin general. Dan was my sales guy, he was awsome. Told me all about the tires, recommended the one he thought were best for me, and it was not the most expensive one. I feel like he actually cared what what's best for me and not just about making $. Highly recommend these guys and highly recommend Dan!
I don't advise anybody to go there if Adam Mitchel is still working at that place... He is a very mean person and if you don't accept what he offers, he will screw up and will make you feel miserable ! I will never go there again !
These losers can't even be bothers to acknowledge you entering their greening store.I went in looking to buy 4 new tires for my ranger .they ignored me.they let a 4 dollar repair job jump ahead of me Fyou
