Today I bought four new tires at the East Hartford store and they gave me the best service and treatment thanks to Eric MGR
If I could give this location a 0 star review I would. Worst service I’ve had ever. Period. I paid for a winter tire changeover and they only changed out 2 of my 4 tires and charged me over $100. I had a 12pm appointment for a winter tire changeover. The shop was busy, and so I didn’t expect the service to be super quick.
