Warren was the best! It was a few minutes to closing and he stayed open until we got there. We had a flat tire and were running on the donut unable to find a tire. To fit. They had what we needed and we were out in record time. Thank you to all the crew that stayed late.
Nothing short of remarkable service from Bill Perry and Lukas Ireland. Blown out tire on my Boston Whaler boat trailer 12 miles up Route 89 in VT with no spare and totally saved my day, going well above and beyond traveling to my trailer, and totally getting the wheel off safely, taking it back to the store, fixing it with a new correct in stock tire and then returning to my wounded trailer and completing the repair.
Had my tires fixed and Bruce was very helpful and professional. Service was quick and i am very satisfied.
My daughter is going to college in Springfield and had a flat tire. AAA towed it to Town Fair tire on Boston road. Great service from Jason as the tire was covered under the warranty we purchased when the tires were new in late 2022 at Town Fair Tire here in Vermont. Jason was very helpful to get the new tire and suggested tire alignment and rebalance the tires that had 3 winters on them. They found a bad tie-rod as well. Horrible service had an appointment set up to mount and balance only two tires in my vehicle still there 2 Days Later unbelievable!!! I don't recommend unless you have tons of time to wait for them to do your service
I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the team at the Town Fair for assisting me during a last-minute crisis. When I went to check pricing, the gentleman informed me that my back tires were no good. Unfortunately, I did not have the funds at the time, so I made an appointment for December 12, 2024. A few minutes later, I was gifted the funds and called to see if it was possible to get the tires changed sooner, as the gentleman had suggested earlier.
