I've been a long time customer of the Town Fair Tire in Newington, NH but I will never go back to that location for service because of the terrible service I received on 10/19/23. I had a 3pm appointment which I was about 20 minutes early for and still had to wait 2 hours with no notification of what the hold up was. Got tires a few weeks ago. Go to get inspected and I find out they broke off 1 of my studs and didn’t tell me... 0 stars dont give this place your money
I have been going to Town Fair Tire for years, was always satisfied with the customer service and products. but after this last experience I will never go back to Town Fair. First they scheduled my appointment but never actually put it in their computer, so they told me basically too bad, you go to the back of the line. Then I find out the wheels I ordered were not correct, the offset was wrong. I actually asked if the offset was correct when I ordered and was told yes it was correct. I've had numerous issues over the years, so I'm not sure why I keep going back. This last visit really took the cake. My wife brought our van into get a matching pair of tires as we had previously purchased two earlier in the summer. The guy she dealt with seemed really nice and helpful. When asked if she wanted an alignment, one of Town Fair's signature "bread and butter" items, my wife said only if she needed one. The employee had told her they would only do it if it was necessary. Great people over there, Aaron the manager made it so easy for me, told him what I wanted and it was there the next day and worked with me on price. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there when I need new tires.
Disappointing - first visit torqued bolt snapped off, yes they replaced but still..second visit reason for 2 stars as wnter tire install done almost with a smile, third none visit - told on the phone they are unable to get the tires the vehicle needs so go ahead and purchase them on-line. Tires in but SURPRISE, they will not change winter to summer on tires you do not buy from them, insurance of course is the reason given....needless to say...another time, another tire dealer and the wheels turn around and around
