Hats off to Brandon. Got me in for a tire rotation and replacement of repaired tire right away. Took the time to show me the latest way Town Fair repairs a flat from the inside of the tire. Not simply plugged from the outside as in years gone by. Kudos to the crew for putting the "doughnut" back in the trunk. Bought tires all around on two vehicles from Town Fair. Very happy with the service and products.
RecommendedThese guys pleasantly surprised me today, by repairing my tire, free of cost! I knew that this tire coul either be in need of repair or that I might have to replace it. I hoped that Town Tire would be honest about it and they sure were! I was so happy to see that they have integrity and were honest! So refreshing, I'd highly recommend them.
so yesterday 7/2/20 was at the beach all day with wife and my son car blew a tire stop at two different tire place they didn't have my tire size stop at town fair tire the guy at the desk went out of his way to find me a tire the guys there where nice to me and my family told us to sit inside in A/C thank you town fair tire for helping us to get back home over and hr away...you guys rock🤘
@TownFairTire Buyers beware...Less than 2 yrs and 24K miles and my Mastercraft Courser HSX Tour @CooperTire are shot. Had 4 wheel alignment and rotation done last Sept too...and I only get $300 credit on a $950 purchase?
These guys are so friendly and professional, I always have such a great experience. Alex is the BEST he's always happy to help and I trust his advice! I highly recommend if you want top-notch service, these guys are awesome.
Very poor service, i bought all four new tires and while changing tires they broke two of the sensors and lied to me that they broke one sensor and will replace it at no cost. And i had to go back on an other day losing my hours for it. I said ok and went there so they replaced it, after a few days the sensor stoped working as they replaced a cheap quality one and when i went back so i found out that they broke two sensors. This is a huge shout out to Tim, who acted with great patience, kindness and professionalism on Tuesday. I was traveling from Plymouth Massachusetts to northern Maine and discovered a flat/ruined tire on my car in Newburyport. The triple a responder put the spare on for me and had no further advice. I found Town Fair on line, and fortunately they were open until 6. I make an appointment ahead of time...a simple, free (as promised) tire rotation....15 minute job? They try to sell me an alignment and balance, which I don't need (I've been driving for 50 YEARS!) I just need the rotation, thanks. How long I ask! "An hour and a half." Why make an appointment then?? I'm not there for brain surgery, just a back-to-front rotation.
