I was warmly greeted at the Town Fair Tire store in Seabrook, NH today and was helped out with a physical review of my car tires and had all of my questions sympathetically answered. During the wait process I was kept up to date on the progress of my car. As I am not experienced about car tires, I felt that the manager was interested in helping me through the process and I couldn't be happier with both the level of customer service that I received and their excellent technical attention to my car. Eric was a great help tody. husband picked out tires on line. went to the store and Eric checked out our all wheel drive vehicle and suggested a tire that is indigenous to New England weather. and it cast less than the tires my husband had chosen. We then hit him a curveball when we picked up the car, we decided that the protection package he discussed was a good idea. So, he patiently redid paperwork and added that for us.
