I had a rental car and one of the tire blow out, my insurance didn’t cover for the tire. I was going through a hardship in general and visiting from another state. I received 4 new tires from Town Fair as a Christmas gift from my family. I went in about 9 am and spoke to Nick. He was very helpful and explained my options for insurance as well as an alignment. I left my vehicle and went to work. I received a text message informing me that my vehicle was ready. Don't order an odd sized tire from here. They tell you to come put it on,and then they won't order it for you,won't call you,and leave you stranded when you show up. Thanks for extra stress. Rude

The customer shouldn't bend over backwards to accommodate Town Fair Tire. It's the other way around!
If buy tires make sure ask about available rebates cause they won't mention them.
Don't go there. – The worst service I ever got from the auto shop. I went over there to get four new tires for my car. I was told by the sales department that it?s going to take 2 hours tops to putt new tires on my car, and I should wait. After four patiently waiting hours I asked, where is my car and how much longer I have to wait?? With out any gilt they said, ?your car is next?. An hour later I finally got my car back with out any apologies. Five hours for tires replacement is wait to long.
